Starlink management and monitoring, direct from the terminal to every account.

Liquidbinary builds Starlink software for every scale. We created Nexus Telemetry: a desktop app that monitors one terminal, Fleet that monitors every terminal across your Starlink fleet, and Enterprise for every Starlink Enterprise account, managed and monitored in one platform.

Built by the team that architected one of the first Starlink Enterprise management platforms, operated it in production for three years across thousands of terminals globally, and handed it over to the client's internal team in December 2025.

We also provide Starlink platform engineering for operators with specific requirements: integrations, custom tooling and platforms built on Starlink's API.

Enterprise

Nexus Telemetry Enterprise is the account tier: a multi-tenant platform for every Starlink Enterprise account, built from the ground up on Starlink's public v2 API. Service lines, terminals, daily usage, data blocks and billing for every connected account, with each client in its own organisation and with its own sign-in. Built for resellers with Starlink Enterprise customers and for organisations with Starlink accounts in many countries.

Where a Fleet collector is installed, each terminal's own telemetry sits beside its account records in the same view.

Fleet

Nexus Telemetry Fleet is the multi-terminal tier. Operators get one live view across every Starlink terminal in their estate: which terminals need attention, why, and what usually happens next. Health, alerts, usage and fleet-wide reporting, with the full per-terminal depth a click away. Built for resellers with customer portfolios, marine operators managing vessels from shore, IT teams supporting remote offices, and MSPs with distributed customer sites.

A small telemetry collector runs beside each terminal and reports outbound to a fleet server. Most operators use our managed server. For air-gapped and sensitive environments, a private deployment runs it on the operator's own servers.

Nexus Telemetry Pro and Home

Nexus Telemetry Pro is the per-terminal foundation that Fleet builds on. Session recording with GPS route mapping, PDF and Excel reporting, multi-target ping analytics, configurable alerts, and the full network diagnostics suite. Used by installers running customer site surveys, control rooms on vessels and at fixed sites, and professional operators where connection quality has commercial consequences.

Nexus Telemetry Home is the lighter tier for individual users at £29 one-time. Native on macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Starlink platform engineering

We design and build software on Starlink's API for operators whose needs go beyond off-the-shelf tools: resellers, service providers and organisations running Starlink at scale. From a single integration to a complete platform.

Integrations Starlink connected to your own systems: billing, CRM, ticketing and monitoring.
Automation Activation, provisioning, data blocks and usage, run through Starlink's API instead of by hand.
Platforms Complete Starlink platforms built to your requirements.
Telemetry Terminal telemetry at scale: collectors, alerting and dashboards, built on the engine behind Nexus Telemetry Fleet.
Track record One of the first Starlink Enterprise management platforms, built and operated from 2022 to 2025, and the Nexus Telemetry family today.

Fixed-scope projects or ongoing engineering, from a small UK team that has worked with Starlink's API since its launch.

One of the first Starlink Enterprise platforms

Between October 2022 and December 2025 we built and operated one of the first Starlink Enterprise management platforms for a major global Starlink reseller. We were the development team behind it.

The client was among the first organisations to secure Starlink Enterprise API access at launch, and engaged us as the development team to build their management platform on that API. Starlink's team celebrated the first remote service line activation via the API in November 2022.

Over three years in production we built and refined approaches including real-time telemetry processing, proactive fleet monitoring, multi-tier reseller management, pool account management, and data plan management. The platform handled telemetry from thousands of terminals, processed usage-based billing across reseller hierarchies, and ran on architecture designed for global scale.

After three years we handed the platform to the client's internal team, who now operate it as their own production SaaS.
